To save everyone time, we are honest about what does not work:

Cold sales outreach. We do not buy lead-generation lists, we do not respond to "synergy" emails, and we will not enter into a partnership conversation that begins with a slide deck. If you have a relevant product, send a one-paragraph explanation to engineering@ and we will respond.
Generic enquiries via social media. We do not staff social platforms with engineering response. Use email.
Anonymous vulnerability reports without reproduction steps. We take security disclosure seriously, but we cannot triage a report that says "you have a bug somewhere" without specifics. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce.
Investor enquiries to engineering@. We are not currently raising; if our posture changes, that will be a published statement, not an email reply.
